Travel Teams
Spring Travel Team!
U16/U19
Tryout cost: $25
Where: XL Sports, Cherry Hill, NJ
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
U12/U14
Where: XL Sports, Mount Laurel NJ
Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Try-out consists of skill session and scrimmage
- All players must wear dark and white reversible pinnie or bring a dark and a light tshirt.
- Players are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to start of try-outs to sign-in
Program:
- Season starts March 21st at XL Sports World in Mt. Laurel NJ 7:00 – 9:00 PM
- Tournaments – TBA by first week of Practice
- Ages – U16, U19
Additional Costs:
- USAFH membership: $50
- Uniform – $90-$100
Developmental / Training Programs
If you aren’t quite ready to commit to a travel team but still are motivated to perfect your skills, that is no problem at all! We appreciate your drive to want to succeed!

Private & Group Sessions & Team Training
This is perfect for anyone who wants to slow it down and get a absolute breakdown of the lovely intricacies of this sport. Here, its all about YOU!
Group & Team Training will allow everyone to work together in the off-season. We will break down the strengths of the team and feed off of how to better team communication and teamwork.
Pricing information varies on how many sessions/individuals will be attending.
Clinics
Our clinics are tailored to offense and defense AND GKs!! Here, we will have fun and get you to understand field knowledge! By the end of our clinics, you will be a field hockey guru!!
